State of Ohio School Building Program

Local school districts throughout the state of Ohio in partnership with The Ohio School Facilities Commission.

The Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC) is tasked with providing equity in facilities for all 612 public school districts. Its mission is to provide funding, management oversight and technical assistance to Ohio school districts for the construction and renovation of school facilities in order to create an appropriate learning environment for Ohio's school children. Since 1999 we have served as a Project Facilitator, conducting over 1200 partnering sessions for over 400 school districts. These sessions are with respect to school construction projects throughout the State of Ohio, utilizing funds allocated by the Ohio School Facilities Commission and matching local funds.

State-wide (Ohio)

$6.5+ Billion to date (not including local school district’s share)
