| The East Cleveland Public Library's main branch completed a $3.8 million renovation project in 2005. The Debra Ann November Learning Center project included expanding the children services area by 4,000 square feet, creating a computer technology center, hosting the Black Heritage Collection and constructing a 250 seat performing arts center. Funding was provided by individual and foundation donations. |
