| Blossom Music Center, located within the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, opened in 1968 as the summer home of The Cleveland Orchestra and currently hosts a full summer schedule of popular and symphonic musical performances. Blossom began a major renovation in 2001 and reopened in 2003. The site's natural bowl-shaped setting, the pavilion's sloping wooden roof and the area's wooded surroundings distinguish it from other contemporary amphitheatres. Improvements to the facility featured a number of new and enhanced patron and artist amenities. |
