Mr. Alan Ritchie's construction experience and practice includes the preparation of all "front-end" documents and project delivery counseling on behalf of owners, developers, architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors and subcontractors and the participation in dispute resolution of claims.

Alan's real estate experience and practice includes the representation of lenders, borrowers, developers and other corporations in connection with multi-state financings, sale leaseback transactions, synthetic lease transactions, construction lending, secured and unsecured lending to REITs, acquisitions and sales, development, leasing and other general corporate real estate matters.

Mr. Ritchie is a frequent lecturer on construction and design-related issues, including project delivery selection and critical provisions in design and engineering contracts. He has lectured at the Ohio State Bar Association Annual Convention and the Cleveland Bar Association Speaker Series.
