He has successfully managed over $500 million in Ohio school construction projects and in addition facilitated over 200 OSFC school building partnering sessions for the State of Ohio. Prior to working on schools projects, Pat managed the design and construction of major retail and transportation facility projects nationwide. On the design side, Pat has provided structural design solutions for bridges and related structures on major highway projects, and nuclear power plant projects.
