Mr. Peter Welin is a partner in Thompson Hine's Construction practice group. He focuses his practice on public/private construction contract law, construction contracts, and government procurement law. Before entering the legal field, Pete gained six years of engineering experience with Turner Construction Company.

• Represents contractors with claims on complex public works projects for the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services
• Represents contractors with claims on federal procurement contracts before various boards of contract appeals
• Represents contractors with claims on multi-prime public construction projects
• Works with the Ohio Schools Facilities Commission as a neutral facilitator for partnering sessions on all OSFC funded projects
