Ms. Jessica Coffey comes to Project Management Consultants from Strnisha Development Advisors, where as a Senior Associate she focused on public finance, identifying, securing and managing public financing opportunities for real estate development projects. While facilitating private and public partnerships, Jessica analyzed the economic impact of projects on local, regional and state levels.

Prior to joining SDA, Jessica was with the City of Cleveland’s Department of Economic Development. There she structured and administered the City’s role in development projects, including loans, grants and tax abatements. Jessica also monitored existing Enterprise Zone agreements and assisted businesses in resolving challenges involving City services and departments.
