American Greetings Corporation (AG) is a leading creator and manufacturer of innovative social expression products, including greeting cards, party goods, giftwrap, boxed cards and calendars. To position itself for continued growth and adapt to changing industry needs, AG initiated a review of site options for its 2,000-employee world headquarters and in 2014 decided to build new headquarters in Westlake, Ohio. The five-story, 650,000 sq. ft. Creative Studios building is on track to open in the summer of 2016.
