The 1996 Olympics served as a catalyst for a second resurgence of Atlanta, transforming it from a great American city to a greater international city by fueling more than $2 billion in new construction and other projects. Known for its parks, sports teams, shopping, museums and entertainment, some of Atlanta’s unique offerings include CNN studio tours, the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site and the World of Coca-Cola. Atlanta museums highlight the Civil War period, Atlanta and Georgia history, science and technology, and African-American history. Parking is located to the right of the building. After you’ve parked, take the parking garage elevator to P5, which is the lobby level. Turn left to go to elevator bank for floors 11 to 21. Thompson Hine is located on the 16th floor. Please ensure you bring your parking ticket to be validated.
From I-75 / I-85 Southbound:
- Merge left onto I-85 North, which is Exit #251 toward GA-400/Greenville.
- Merge onto GA-400 Toll N via Exit 87 toward Buckhead/Cumming.
- Take the GA-141 Exit 2 toward Buckhead.
- Continue on the ramp toward Peachtree Road.
- Make the first right (before Peachtree Road) into the Alliance Center Complex.
Go to the end of road and make a left into the Two Alliance parking garage.
From I-85 Northbound:
- Exit #88 at Lenox Road/Cheshire Bridge Road.
- Turn right onto Lenox Road NE.
- Take the first left onto Buford Highway NE.
- Stay straight to go onto Sidney Marcus Blvd NE.
- Merge onto GA-400 Toll N.
- Take the GA-141 Conn/Lenox Road, Exit #2 toward Buckhead.
- Take the ramp toward Peachtree Road and merge onto Lenox Road.
- Make the first right (before Peachtree Road) into the Alliance Center Complex.
- Go to the end of road and make a left into the Two Alliance parking garage.
Traveling Northbound from GA 400S:
- Exit #2 towards Buckhead.
- Merge onto Lenox Road, stay in right lane toward Peachtree Road.
- Make the first right (before Peachtree Road) into the Alliance Center Complex.
- Go to the end of road and make a left into the Two Alliance parking garage.
Traveling Southbound from GA 400N:
- Exit #2 towards Buckhead and make left at light onto Lenox Road.
- Stay in far right lane and make the first right (before Peachtree Road) into the Alliance Center Complex.
- Go to the end of road and make a left into the Two Alliance parking garage.

- Our Atlanta office is within walking distance to MARTA’s Buckhead Station.
- The Red Line (North Springs) serves the Buckhead Station.
- When you get off the train and step onto the platform, make a right to go toward Tower Place and Stratford Drive. Do not go toward Peachtree Road.
- Go up the stairs or take the elevator (which is behind the stairs) to get to street level.
- Exit out the gate toward the Street sign.
- Make Right toward Stratford Drive Sign.
- Take the elevator or stairs down to the Street level.
- Cross the street and walk to your left. Pass the driveway and the Paramount Condos.
- Just past the condos, you will see a sign that says Pedestrian Access to Alliance Center, Monarch Centre and Phipps Plaza. Follow the arrow to the right.
- Go up the walkway until you come to the plaza.
- Two Alliance Center is on your right.
- Enter through the front of the building and go to the 16th floor.
