In his role as financial analyst, Alex assists in identifying, securing and managing public and private financing opportunities for development and construction projects. Alex specializes in helping corporate clients with headquarters relocation projects. He works frequently with developers to repurpose vacant facilities and greenfield sites into productive reuse by utilizing property tax, local and state incentives. Alex also helps clients understand how to pair public incentives with Qualified Opportunity Zone investments.
Prior to joining PMC, Alex served as an accounting and audit intern with an accounting, business and financial advisory firm. Before that, he completed two internships with the property management subsidiary of a large company that focuses on market rate, affordable and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing.
At Case Western Reserve University, Alex collaborated with marketing, finance and other accounting majors in a capstone project for St. Edward High School (Cleveland) to develop a model that would assist the school in forecasting enrollment demand.
