Cassie is a project director with more than 10 years of experience leading major development projects, securing state and federal funding, and driving community revitalization. She has extensive experience managing complex real estate transactions, structuring incentives, and partnering with public and private stakeholders to promote sustainable growth.
Prior to joining PMC, Cassie served in multiple roles with the City of Cleveland, including as a development finance analyst and as the senior investment manager in the Department of Economic Development. In those roles, Cassie developed and implemented strategic initiatives to promote economic development and revitalization; managed large-scale real estate development projects involving complex real estate transactions, tax incentives, and financing; oversaw the evaluation of businesses and development projects for potential financial incentives, ensuring alignment with city policies; and secured commitments from state, federal, and other funding sources. During her tenure with the city, Cassie also served as a real estate project manager in the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects.
Cassie previously served as the director of economic development for the Wayne County Economic Development Council. As part of her work developing and executing economic development plans to attract new business and support existing business growth, Cassie managed site selection inquiries, served as the county’s primary liaison with TeamNEO and JobsOhio, maintained a database of available properties, and collaborated with developers, realtors and landowners to facilitate prospect tours and site visits. In addition, Cassie’s experience includes serving as the community development administrator for the City of Barberton’s Department of Planning/Community Development.
