In his role as a financial analyst, Maximus helps clients identify, secure and manage public and private financing for development and construction projects. He manages financing and assists with finance procurement for a variety of projects in the Cleveland area and around the country, including real estate rehabilitation projects, headquarters relocations, historic building conversions and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining PMC, Maximus worked at Newmark in its Cleveland office (under the Coyne team), where he contributed to property research, developed financial models, and assisted in creating a GIS property map that integrated data on property types, sales activities, and lease availabilities across Ohio. He also supported Newmark’s brokers by attending and helping facilitate more than a dozen property showings, gaining firsthand exposure to client interactions and the transaction process.
