Molly helps identify, secure and manage public and private financing opportunities for development and corporate projects. She is currently securing financing for various development projects, including company expansions, headquarters relocations, new residential developments, historic renovations, mixed-use developments, and rehabilitation/adaptive reuse projects.

Molly partners with clients from the project predevelopment stage through project closing. She conducts incentive research, market research, cost-benefit analyses, economic impact analyses and property tax analyses, and works strategically with public partners to identify ways to fill financing gaps and get projects off the ground.

Prior to joining PMC, Molly was a senior planner at an Ohio-based consulting firm specializing in urban planning, zoning, economic development and community revitalization. In that role, she led comprehensive planning projects from inception through final delivery; built and maintained relationships with superintendents, district administrators, municipal officials and business stakeholders; and helped clients navigate complex challenges by identifying customized, creative approaches to deliver maximum value. Molly also facilitated multi-stakeholder public engagement sessions, coordinating input from residents, elected officials and business representatives.

Molly’s experience includes completing an internship with the City of Lancaster through the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, a regional council with more than 90 local governments and community partners that provides nonpartisan data analysis, community resources and long-range planning.

Molly is currently pursuing a master’s degree in urban planning and development at Cleveland State University.
