Nora helps identify, secure and manage public and private financing opportunities for development and construction projects. She is currently securing financing for various development projects throughout the United States. These projects include company expansions, headquarter relocations, new housing developments, historic renovations, mixed-use developments, large-scale warehouses and distribution centers.
Nora works side by side with clients through the project predevelopment stage by conducting incentive research, market research, cost-benefit analyses, economic impact analyses and property tax analyses. Since joining PMC in January 2021, she has worked with clients to apply for and receive incentives and successfully close on financing. Nora has significant experience in JobsOhio’s Ohio Site Inventory Program (OSIP) and working with the city of Cleveland on a variety of their financing programs. She has also assisted clients in obtaining Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit awards.
Prior to joining PMC, Nora worked as an urban planning intern for the city of Lakewood where she helped implement CDBG and CARES Act-funded programs. She also worked as a graduate assistant for Cleveland State University’s Center for Economic Development where she researched, analyzed and wrote reports on a variety of economic development programs in Northeast Ohio and across the United States.
