Project Description
The Lake County Public Safety Center is in Painesville, Ohio at the Southwest corner of Erie Street and North Claire Street. The facility will be built on 10 acres of land. The new Public Safety Center will be a 3.5 story building that will be approximately 215,325 GSF consisting of a 504-bed jail and a sheriff’s administration office. A second building, detached from the Public Safety Center, will be utilized as a Sheriff’s Garage will be approximately 4,000 GSF.
