Since 1997 PMC has provided project management, owner’s representative, financial consulting, risk management and legal services in connection with billions of dollars of construction and development projects throughout the United States. This combination of services is the cornerstone of PMC's success in establishing budgets, obtaining financing, managing the construction process and bringing projects to completion on time and within budget.

PMC provides four primary services:

Project & Risk Management Consulting. In this role, we are responsible for evaluating and implementing a project delivery approach, developing insurance and risk management programs, negotiating key project agreements, analyzing critical project parameters and managing claims resolution and project closeout. PMC has served as project counsel or project delivery and risk management consultant for dozens of projects, including stadiums, museums and community impact projects, as well as institutional, commercial and industrial facilities.

Design & Construction Partnering Facilitation & Mediation. PMC's professional facilitators conduct planning, process and construction partnering facilitation; mediate claims and expedite dispute resolution; facilitate achievement of a comprehensive GMP; and conduct project closeout partnering facilitation. We have provided these services in connection with hundreds of projects throughout the United States for governmental agencies, institutional and nonprofit organizations and private owners.

Owner’s Representation. As owner's representative, we monitor and advise the owner regarding the status of the project's schedule and cost as well as the quality of construction. We provide project delivery oversight, project budgeting and scheduling, consultant selection and negotiations, and design and construction oversight. PMC has served as owner’s representative for a variety of projects across the country, including museums, libraries, assisted living/care facilities, arenas, schools, universities, office buildings and parking facilities.

Public & Private Financing Consulting. PMC's financial strategists provide assistance in identifying and obtaining financing for development and construction projects. Our services include pro forma development; feasibility and economic impact analyses; development of intergovernmental funding strategies; identification and selection of lenders; negotiation of public sector bond financing; and application assistance for new markets tax credits (NMTC) and historic tax credits.
